I have loved to bake since my mum taught me as a child. I am also conscious of the impact our modern lifestyles are having on the environment and do my best to care for the environment as much as possible. I created Bee Friendly Bakes with the aim to create great tasting cakes, whilst also minimising their environmental impact. My aim is to make them 'bee friendly' by using organic ingredients where possible, as non-organic ingredients are produced using harmful chemicals and insecticides which are devastating to bee populations.
